What is your role at Ebos?
I am Co-Director and Head of the HR part at Ebos. My scope of responsibilities is extremely broad because I have a satellite role within the company.
I have to observe a lot of elements, have a heightened creativity and be imaginative as well, while respecting the budget part.
In any case, the perimeter is extremely vast, because it starts from the human resources part to the operational part.
The aim here is to maintain a stable job, keep employees motivated and also of course always have extremely satisfied customers.
What were your successes in terms of human resources in 2024?
The big success of 2024 was our move after 14 years to former premises. Today we are lucky to be in the heart of Differdange, in quite nice premises.
We can say that it was a rebirth for our employees because we found them immediately re-motivated. The number of sick leave has dropped, our employees no longer want to telework as well, so I think that this is also one of the successes of this move.
Did you have any other notable successes last year? And for 2025?
We have received an ESR (Socially Responsible Company) re-certification, of which we are very proud. We also took over employees under our entity, and transferred some employees who were with a customer to our new premises.
For 2025, we also have great challenges: already customer satisfaction, which remains our main objective of course. And then continue to offer our employees strong motivational elements, to be able to bring that little touch of magic that makes us want to come in the morning with a smile, in other words human contact.
What interests us in a candidate is not necessarily his diploma but his ability to learn.
Ebos is a Luxembourg company. Is mastering several languages a prerequisite to join the company?
Indeed, we expect our employees to master several languages of course, because we are in Luxembourg and our services are available in 8 languages.
But what interests us in a candidate is not necessarily his diploma but his ability to learn.
Can you tell us more about the motivation of the candidate?
Above all, we are looking for people with the will to progress, with a learning curve.
For some it is very fast, for others it will be extremely progressive, but the main thing is that they want to, and that they are enthusiastic and dynamic throughout their career with us.

How would you define the profile of an Ebos employee?
Ebos employees are different personalities, profiles that do not necessarily have a degree, and I would even say that this is what challenges us. Our objective as an HR department is to provide them with particular motivation by providing training.
We have profiles that are quite difficult or that have quite complicated life histories. We will therefore provide them with training but above all we will make them want to learn a new job, an exciting job in customer relations.
So that's really what attracts us in an application, it's the soft skills of someone who wants to learn.
