Your Missions

· You will contact customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their account.

· You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Perform back-office sales tasks to support as needed.

· You will prepare and send sales proposals assuring their follow up.

· You will support your colleagues in managing customer reporting.

· You will be responsible to update internal databases and contract details.

· You will be willing to execute any other duty or task required by the hierarchy.

Your Profile

· You are rigorous and diligent team player with a positive attitude.

· You are customer satisfaction oriented.

· Prior experience in sales support roles.

· You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, French – German is a strong advantage.

· You have experience in a customer service role and with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).

· You are highly skilled in time-management.

· You enjoy contact with drivers/clients daily and this by phone or e-mail and have relevant experience in this area.

· You are an active listener and communicative person.

· You work efficiently and you are not bored by administrative tasks.

· You have a huge interest in the automotive world.

· You work accurately and are stress-resistant, driven by a problem solving attitude.
