Position Context:

As part of a major ERP transformation program, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Data Transformation to lead and coordinate the full data workstream.

The role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of several critical data initiatives within a structured transformation program. You will oversee multiple expert teams and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders while maintaining strong execution discipline toward program milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery & Coordination

• Take ownership of the Data workstream within the ERP transformation program.

• Lead and coordinate several data-related initiatives, including data migration, data integration, and reporting.

• Define and maintain a consolidated end-to-end delivery plan across all streams.

• Drive execution by setting clear priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of business and technical experts.

• Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Provide clear direction and maintain alignment across all streams of the program.

• Challenge teams when necessary and promote accountability across delivery teams.

Risk & Delivery Management

• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.

• Maintain a strong focus on execution and delivery milestones.

• Ensure readiness of the data workstream for the planned go-live milestone.

• Monitor progress and maintain transparency with stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

Experience & Expertise:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.

• Proven experience managing complex data-related projects or programs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stream delivery initiatives under tight timelines.

• Experience managing teams of subject matter experts without necessarily being the technical specialist.

• Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication.
