Your missions

As a Fund Accounting Specialist, you will:

• Perform controls and reconciliations between the existing and new back-office environments.

• Run and monitor parallel runs to ensure consistency and accuracy between both fund accounting systems.

• Analyse and investigate discrepancies between the two environments.

• Validate fund accounting data, calculations and processes.

• Work closely with fund accounting teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.

• Contribute to the successful migration and transition towards the new back-office environment.

• For Senior profiles, provide guidance to junior team members and take ownership of more complex issues.

Your ideal profile

• You have solid professional experience in Fund Accounting.

• You have a strong understanding of fund accounting processes, controls and reconciliations.

• You are comfortable analysing discrepancies and investigating their root causes.

• Previous experience with back-office migrations or transformation projects is a strong asset.

• For Senior positions, you have previous experience in a management or coordination role.

• You are analytical, rigorous and detail-oriented.

• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

• You are comfortable working on-site in Luxembourg.
