Flow Specialist

About The Job

As a Flow Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily production control and inventory management for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Plan and coordinate orders for compounds and raw materials in alignment with production schedules and inventory levels.
• Monitor daily material deliveries to ensure timely inbound flow and availability.
• Support tire shipping operations to ensure efficient and on-time dispatch of finished products.

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, compounding, or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience on SAP-PP/MM and SAP-EWM will be considered as an asset.
• Experience working cross-functionally (planning, production, quality, logistics).

Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of SAP modules (SAP-PP/MM and SAP-EWM).
• Familiarity with stock transfers and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail in traceability and lot tracking
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
• Team oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; French or German would be an advantage.
