How you’ll contribute to our success 

1. Work with clients to support the development of structured data management and data governance strategies, including data ownership, policies, quality controls and operating models, to foster an understanding of their business challenges in the light of bespoke data management solutions,
2. Be curious, research and explore new techniques in data, including data governance frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements, stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and transform this into solutions that can serve our clients,
3. Participate in the design and implementation of data management solutions with a strong focus on data governance, data quality, lineage and accountability, considering both theoretical and practical aspects of the possible approaches under a variety of technical, business and time constraints,
4. Collaborate with the team to secure a transition from the strategic phase of projects into delivery,
5. Keep your functional and technical skills up-to-date and share your knowledge with the broader team to facilitate their professional growth,
6. Communicate the outcomes of your analyses, recommendations, and insights to various audiences, from Top Management to technical teams, within the firm and at our clients,
7. Support AI&D practice development & eminence in developing go-to-market offerings, proposals and assets,
8. Lead project teams: managing project teams’ on a day-to-day basis, completing project planning and budgeting, defining deliverable structure and content, ensuring quality delivery of work products, managing engagement economics, as well as engagement risk,
9. Perform stakeholder management at all levels to ensure a strong alignment,
10. Perform the role of people leader and coach in mentoring, growing and inspiring our team members,

Your skills 

Must have 

1. A Master's degree, preferably in Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
2. Minimum 4 years of proven and relevant data management and data governance experience with business applications
3. Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills.Proven experience in analytics project management and in customer account management
4. Knowledge of and a proven experience with business intelligence tools, data management best practices and data governance frameworks
5. Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense, etc. 
6. Fluency in English. French, German and / or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset

Nice to have

1. Knowledge / experiences or certifications in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Services will be considered as a plus
2. Experience with programming (languages such as SQL, SAS, Python and R) is also considered a plus
3. Comfortable with client facing duties, ability to trigger business opportunities through creative workshops
4. A proven record in managing multidisciplinary teams and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
5. Proven experience with delivery centers and operating models (desirable)
