As a Cyber Security Manager / Senior Manager, you will lead and develop diverse teams of professionals, drive the design and delivery of strategic cyber security solutions, and take ownership of engagements that address some of today’s most complex security challenges for our clients.

How you’ll contribute to our success 

• Lead clients in defining and driving cyber security strategies and multi-year implementation and remediation programs aligned to business priorities, risk appetite and regulatory expectations 

• Shape and oversee security governance frameworks and target operating models, ensuring clear ownership, decision-making structures and integration with broader business and IT governance 

• Direct the design, implementation and continuous improvement of ISMS and broader security management frameworks based on industry standards, ensuring they are pragmatic, risk-based and auditable 

• Act as a senior advisor to executives and senior stakeholders on addressing security challenges arising from digital transformation (e.g. AI, Cloud, Zero Trust, Identity ), translating technical risks into business impact 

• Provide strategic guidance on the selection, integration and optimization of security technologies and architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, cost-effective and aligned with enterprise architecture 

• Oversee the delivery of complex cyber engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value, while managing risks, budgets and client expectations 

• Drive the development and scaling of new cyber offerings and the enhancement of existing services, contributing to go‑to‑market strategies, thought leadership and eminence in the marketplace 

• Build, lead and coach diverse, high-performing teams, proactively addressing inclusion, well-being and engagement, and role-modelling the firm’s commitment to an inclusive and respectful culture 

Your skills 

• Count with at least 5 years of Cyber Security experience within corporate organizations 

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of developing strong client relationships  

• Demonstrate relevant experience in delivering client engagements, ideally in Luxembourg. 

• Take responsibility for budgets, and client deliverables  

• Have the experience and ability to inspire, guide, and influence your more junior colleagues toward a common goal 

• Demonstrate ability to understand and assess Cyber security from both a technical and business perspective  

• Demonstrate strong Cyber security skills, ideally in the following domains: Security Governance and Management, Identity & Access Management, Cyber Risk Management, Network and Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, , etc. 

• Have significant knowledge of Information Security standards and framework such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, etc. 

• Demonstrate broad range of security experience, e.g. cyber strategy, security target operating models, security transformation programs, security change initiatives, security technologies and standards 

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications,etc.  are considered as a strong asset. 

• Speak English and French fluently. German is considered as a strong asset
