Account Manager (M/F/X)

Your role

As Account Manager, you are the central point of contact between our clients, our intermediaries and our Sales and Underwriting teams. You keep a consolidated view of each relationship and make sure every client gets fast, reliable service in line with the strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities :

• Manage client and intermediary requests across the full policy lifecycle, from onboarding through issuance to follow-up.

• Check that the information you receive is accurate and complete, and request anything that's missing.

• Assess risks in close collaboration with the Underwriting department.

• Create and issue new insurance policies.

• Explain policies and the processes behind them clearly to policyholders and intermediaries.

• Handle all tasks within agreed turnaround times while keeping service quality high.

• Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our IT and CRM systems, including all communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Escalate complaints and call-back requests promptly.

• Prepare client reports, analyse data and point out where our processes could be more efficient.

• Contribute to other business activities as needed to keep EuroCaution running effectively and efficiently.
