Business Analyst IT/ banking

Your Day to Day

• Support IT system decommissioning initiatives by analyzing business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather specifications for legal archiving processes
• Design comprehensive metadata structures and governance rules for document classification
• Create detailed business requirements documentation for data preservation solutions
• Define data retention policies and procedures for regulatory compliance
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure archival solutions meet business needs
• Participate in system analysis and documentation reviews
• Assist in the preparation of legal hold procedures and protocols

Your Profile

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and documentation tools
• Solid experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database technologies
• Banking industry background with understanding of financial services operations
• Knowledge of legal archiving principles and regulatory requirements
• Experience in wealth management or private banking environments (preferred)
• Background in institutional banking operations (advantage)
• Familiarity with core banking applications or CRM systems (beneficial)
• Fluent English communication skills required
• German language capabilities (advantageous)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
