As a Recruitment & Training Senior Officer, you will ensure an efficient recruitment process while contributing to the development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles.

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.

• Draft and publish attractive job advertisements.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.

• Support employer branding initiatives.

Training & Development

• Coordinate and manage the annual training plan.

• Identify development needs in collaboration with managers.

• Organize internal and external training sessions.

• Follow up on training budgets, attendance, and effectiveness.

• Support learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Your Profile:

·        a confident and mature HR professional who can build trust with both employees and managers.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role with significant exposure to: Recruitment / Training & Development and HR Administration

·        Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications and Skeeled and/or LinkedIn

·        Comfortable working with HR data, reports, and digital HR tools.

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

·        Fluency in French and/or German is mandatory. English is considered a strong asset.
