Recruitment Consultant

Build lasting client relationships. Deliver meaningful recruitment work. Grow with a team that supports you.

At skeeled, our Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) team combines recruitment technology with expertise to guide organizations through every stage of hiring.

We handle specialist, operational, and leadership roles across industries via RPO, subscription, and success-based models.

We are hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build client portfolios and deliver recruitment missions, reporting to the Recruitment Services Manager.

What you'll do

This is a full 360° role: business development and recruitment delivery are both essential parts of the job.

We invest in tools and workflows to streamline prospecting and reduce repetitive tasks. You will initiate client outreach, follow up on leads, negotiate agreements, and build your client portfolio.

Develop your client portfolio

  • Identify potential clients via targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and events.

  • Lead discovery calls to assess hiring needs and align our support.

  • Draft proposals, negotiate scope and fees, and finalize agreements.

  • Build strong client relationships, secure repeat business, and expand accounts.

  • Partner across skeeled to offer recruitment, software, and employer branding solutions.

Manage recruitment missions

  • Translate client requirements into briefs, job descriptions, rubrics, and recruitment plans.

  • Proactively source and engage talent beyond incoming applicants.

  • Conduct structured interviews and deliver objective candidate evaluations.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, salary expectations, and hiring decisions.

  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and track onboarding.

  • Provide constructive candidate feedback and handle sensitive data discreetly.

Take ownership of your work

  • Balance business development with recruitment delivery across assignments.

  • Manage scope, timelines, and budgets, escalating risks early.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, sales pipelines, time logs, and reports.

  • Achieve targets through regular progress and priority reviews.

  • Share knowledge, support peers, and drive operational improvements.

  • Leverage technology, AI, and automation responsibly.

What you bring

  • Proven experience prospecting, developing client relationships, negotiating agreements and delivering recruitment assignments.

  • Effective sourcing and interviewing skills, with an interest in learning about different roles and industries.

  • French and English at B2 level or equivalent practical working proficiency. We value effective communication over perfect grammar or accent.

  • A willingness to take responsibility for results and work towards measurable targets.

  • A collaborative mindset and curiosity about better ways to recruit.

Luxembourg market knowledge, German or Luxembourgish, and RPO or subscription recruitment experience are advantages.

We welcome diverse communication styles. Being outgoing is not required; key is listening, building relationships, and initiating necessary conversations.

What we offer

  • Varied recruitment assignments and the opportunity to develop lasting client relationships.

  • A supportive, collaborative team where people can ask questions, exchange ideas, speak openly and enjoy working together.

  • Fixed monthly remuneration between 3.800 and 4.500€ gross and variable compensation linked to performance.

  • Meal vouchers and additional days off.

We are a performance-oriented team. We care about achieving our targets, delivering quality work and supporting one another along the way.

Our recruitment process

We want to understand your experience and give you a clear picture of the role, the team and our expectations.

  • Application and a short video interview
You will record answers to two short questions, one in French and one in English, so we can get to know you and your language skills. Our team reviews every video before deciding who progresses.

  • Personality assessment (30 minutes)
An assessment taking approximately 30 minutes, which will provide additional context for our human discussions.

  • Panel interview with the team (60 minutes)
We'll discuss your recruitment and commercial experience. This may include behavioural and situational questions based on the work you would do here.

  • Final interview with Zach (60 minutes)
A conversation about your approach, our expectations and any remaining questions on either side.

  • We welcome applications from people of all genders and backgrounds. Our selection focuses on relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the role. If you enjoy recruitment and want to take ownership of both winning and delivering client assignments, we'd like to hear from you.
