How you'll contribute to our success

 

• Support the configuration and implementation of automation workflows, bots, AI components, document management rules, API and cloud integrations, and participate in testing under guidance.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts, pilots, UAT, and production rollouts, and help document processes to maintain traceability and standards.
• Explore and learn emerging technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code platforms through internal trainings, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on innovation.
• Collaborate within an agile team alongside Technical Leads, Architects, and Functional Leads to support implementation tasks and project success.
• Work effectively with nearshore teams to coordinate delivery activities and contribute to successful outcomes.

 

 

Your skills

 

Must-have :

 

• • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Hands-on academic or project experience with automation, software development, or AI (coursework, labs, internships, or personal projects).

  • Familiarity with automation platforms or low-code solutions and a strong eagerness to learn (specific tools will be trained as needed).

 

Nice-to-have :

 

• • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, and intelligent agents.

  • Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
