ICT System Engineer (Microsoft | Cloud | Infrastructure) (m/f/d)

At Minusines, we are strengthening our ICT team to support the evolution of our infrastructure towards a modern, secure, and cloud-oriented environment.

As an ICT System Engineer, you will take ownership of key infrastructure components, working with Microsoft technologies across on-premises and cloud platforms. You will play an active role in shaping our IT landscape, contributing to strategic projects and ensuring a high level of service reliability for the business.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve our Microsoft-based infrastructure (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID)

• Administer servers, virtual environments (VMware), storage, and backup systems

• Ensure high availability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization

• Handle patch management and system lifecycle (WSUS, updates, upgrades)

• Support and troubleshoot complex incidents across infrastructure and applications

• Contribute to cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure strategies (Azure IaaS/PaaS)

• Automate operational tasks and processes (PowerShell scripting)

• Participate in key IT projects

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers

• Strengthen IT security (identity & access management, network security, VPN)

• Maintain clear and structured documentation and procedures

• Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to innovation

Your Profile

• Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

  • Windows Server (2019–2025)

  • Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

  • VMware virtualization

• Good knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid environments)

  • Backup & recovery solutions

  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • Networking fundamentals (routing, firewall, VPN)

• Scripting skills (PowerShell required; Python is a plus)

• Experience with monitoring and automation tools is an advantage

Soft skills:
