BDO in Luxembourg is looking for an IFRS Advisory and Consolidation Manager (m/f)!

What will you do ?

In order to support the growth of our IFRS and Consolidation team, you will:

• As part of a team specialized in IFRS and consolidation, you will participate in different projects, with a focus on IFRS Advisory projects;

• You will be involved in the review of the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or under LUXGAAP;

• You will review the work and coach the team together with the executive persons;

• You will liaise with the auditor of the consolidated financial statements;

• You will advise clients on a wide range of projects such as first time IFRS adoptions, prepare technical memos on IFRS accounting questions;

• You will also assist as internal expert for technical questions regarding IFRS for other activities.

This offer is for you if:

• You have a Master Degree in Finance or Accounting;

• You have at least 5 years of experience in IFRS advisory projects and/or the preparation of consolidated IFRS and LUXGAAP financial statements;

• You have already a first experience acting as a team manager/supervisor.

• You have strong analytical skills and attention to details;

• You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team; 

• You have good interpersonal skills and like to interact with clients;

• You have excellent presentation skills and a strong sense of customer service;

• You have a good command of MS OFFICES tools;

• Knowledge of the SIGMA Conso tool, or other consolidation tools, is considered as an advantage;

• You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is considered as an asset
