Project Manager FA

Your day to day

• Act as a primary point of contact for key BNPP clients and act as their internal sponsor.
• Manage end-to-end business implementation projects (new fund/sub-fund launches, new share classes, migrations, mergers, liquidations, and prospectus changes).
• Coordinate all operational aspects across BNPP services: Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Fund Dealing Services, Depositary, Forex Desk, Middle Office (listed & OTC), Collateral Management, Clearing of Listed Derivatives, and Legal Fund.
• Manage fund structures under various legal frameworks (UCITS, UCI Part II, SIF, RAIF, ELTIF), encompassing both traditional and alternative/hybrid structures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support key structuring projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Client Services, Custody, Product, Transfer Agency, etc.) to ensure operational readiness and flow setup in line with target models.
• Gather requirements for new business through client workshops and calls.
• Ensure the completion and quality of all project deliverables, documentation, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Implement and align client Target Operating Models while ensuring compliance with BNPP’s Standard Operating Model.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, addressing transversal topics and managing operational dependencies.
• Maintain onboarding plans, project logs, and documentation up to Go/No-Go meetings and handover to BAU teams.
• Escalate proactively any significant issue or deviation to management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and project processes by proposing pragmatic, effective solutions.
• Manage change requests with Business Implementation Operations, Business Change, and IT teams.

Your Profile

• Senior professional with extensive experience in fund event management and business implementation within the asset servicing or fund industry.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory frameworks (UCITS, SIF, RAIF, ELTIF), and operational workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of Fund Accounting, Custody, and Transfer Agency processes.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities in multi-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, risk awareness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to define, document, and implement Target Operating Models.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Languages: fluent in English and French; German or any additional language is an advantage.
