Project Management - Fund Events Projects

Your Day to Day


  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to support strategic structuring initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end operational implementation projects for fund events, including new fund launches, share class creations, migrations, mergers, and liquidations
  • Coordinate project teams across multiple departments, working closely with client services, custody, product teams, and transfer agency
  • Facilitate client requirements gathering through regular calls and workshops, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured
  • Oversee the completion of all project deliverables, including documentation, investigations, and action plans in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Implement the Target Operating Model with clients while working alongside operational team members, flagging any significant deviations from standard procedures
  • Manage both internal and external communications with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed onboarding plans and project tracking until handover to market specialists and client support teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process by proposing practical and concrete solutions
  • Handle change management in coordination with operations, business change managers, and IT teams
  • Proactively escalate potential issues to management to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Work with diverse fund structures under various regulatory frameworks (UCITS, Part II, SIF, RAIF, ELTIF), including traditional and alternative investment vehicles


Your Profile


  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in fund administration or financial services project management
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, transfer agency, custody services, and depositary functions
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Autonomous working style with strong leadership capabilities to manage teams directly and indirectly
  • Experience with fund lifecycle events: launches, migrations, mergers, liquidations, and prospectus changes
  • Knowledge of investment management structures and middle office operations
  • Fluency in French and English is essential; German language skills are considered a valuable asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and banking software tools
  • Strong communication and escalation skills to keep all parties informed and aligned
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to work on-site full-time
