Power Apps Intern - Digital Transformation

To support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives and streamline internal processes, I propose onboarding an intern with skills in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This intern would contribute to several high-impact projects that will enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Projects the Intern Will Support:

SharePoint Site Development

• Design and structure SharePoint document libraries and lists.
• Create a centralized Work Tracker list to monitor team tasks and progress.
• Develop automated flows using Power Automate to:
• Read and process incoming emails.
• Extract relevant content and attachments.
• Automatically populate SharePoint lists with this data.

Task Management Form

• Build a user-friendly Power Apps form that allows team members to:
• Submit new tasks.
• Assign tasks to specific team members.
• Automatically update the Work Tracker list in SharePoint.

Parking Management App

• Design and develop a Power Apps-based application for managing parking space reservations.
• Integrate the app with SharePoint to:
• Track available and reserved parking spots.
• Allow users to book and release spaces.
• Maintain a log of usage for reporting purposes.

Education: ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

Languages: French required, English beneficial
