Your contribution to our success

1. Technical Configuration & Implementation: Assist in configuring automation workflows, bots, and AI-driven components tailored to each client’s needs. Help implement document management rules, integrate APIs and cloud services, and participate in testing to ensure performance and compliance under guidance.

2. Support Delivery Activities: Contribute to proof-of-concepts, pilots, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production rollouts to support seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Help document processes to maintain traceability and standards.

3. Learning & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code platforms. Participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on innovations for accelerated delivery.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork: Be an integral part of our agile team by collaborating with Technical Leads, Architects, and Functional Leads. Partner effectively with nearshore teams to support implementation tasks and project success.

Your skills

Must-have skills:

• • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Hands-on academic or project experience with automation, software development, or AI (coursework, labs, internships, or personal projects).

  • Familiarity with automation platforms or low-code solutions and a strong eagerness to learn (specific tools will be trained as needed).

Nice-to-have skills:

• • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, and intelligent agents.

  • Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
