Fund Transition Auditor F/M - German Speaker - LU873334

As a Fund Transition Auditor (F/M), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating audit and transition processes across multiple investment funds, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while fostering collaboration between internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders. This role is within an asset management company based in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Fund Auditor Transition project, ensuring smooth coordination across all funds and stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties, including providers, clients, fund boards, and regulators.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, project plans, and PowerPoint presentations for regular project meetings.
• Support the implementation of digital audit tools, driving efficiency and innovation in audit and reporting processes.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal departments and external partners.
• Oversee the entire transition process, monitoring progress against the agreed timetable and escalating risks or delays where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics with a focus on capital markets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting (experience in fund audit or transitions is a strong asset).
• Excellent understanding of asset management processes and regulatory requirements related to reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with digital audit tools preferred.
• Fluent in German and English
