Our consultants work on projects related to business efficiency, organizational transformation, finance & risk, regulatory & compliance, data & digital transformation, ESG, with a strong expertise in project management and business (process) analysis.

To support our expansion in Luxembourg, we are recruiting business consultants with a proven experience in the Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, AM & funds services).

Your Role

 As a consultant, you will join us to create value for our clients but also within the company:

✔ With our clients you will help implement innovative changes and apply best-practice methodology to ensure business transformation,

✔ Internally, research, white papers, trainings and new offers development will allow you to broaden your competences and build up knowledge whilst exchanging with your colleagues in an open environment.

Your Profile

We are looking for motivated professionals who bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

✔ Education: A Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CFA) are an advantage.

✔ Experience: A minimum of 3 years in consulting or within a financial institution, with exposure to asset management, banking, insurance, or investment funds.

✔ Languages: Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).

✔ Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

✔ Mindset: A commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
