Description
- Preparing interim and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
- Performing reconciliations between multiple GAAP frameworks, including US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and IFRS.
- Calculating tax provisions and reviewing tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaising with external parties such as tax advisors, auditors, joint venture partners, asset managers, and property managers.
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with internal and international departments within Goldman Sachs.
- Responding to administrative and accounting inquiries and resolving related issues promptly.
- Preparing distribution memorandums and supporting capital event processes.
- Ensuring administrative compliance and managing document filing and follow-up.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in Luxembourg, preferably in accounting, audit, or financial control, with exposure to private equity, real estate, and debt investments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates a hands-on mentality and ability to work independently with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in BOB 50 accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
