Web Officer
Your future team
We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Web Officer to join our Web team.
You will play a key role in maintaining, improving and enhancing our web, intranet platforms and landing pages while helping us streamline processes and optimize daily operations.
This is a position where your ideas matter, your initiative is valued, and your impact is visible.
Are you a hands-on, solution-driven web professional who enjoys making things move faster, smoother, and better? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can switch tasks several times a day, improve workflows, tidy up what needs fixing, and build what doesn’t exist yet? If you love being at the heart of web operations and want to join a proactive and ambitious Web team, then this role is for you.
Your advantages of being one of us
- Join a dynamic and supportive Web team where your contribution truly matters.
- Work in a diverse and multicultural environment focused on continuous learning.
- Take ownership of your work and shape processes that will benefit the whole department.
- Grow your expertise through meaningful projects, autonomy and collaboration.
- Be part of a department that values creativity, proactivity and problem-solving.
Your contribution to our success
- Manage the full lifecycle of web and intranet pages (creation, updates, clean-up, navigation, structure) using CMS tools like AEM and SharePoint.
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and regularly updated content while optimizing pages for SEO, performance, readability, and smooth user experience.
- Identify UX bottlenecks, propose quick improvements, and strengthen front-end user journeys across platforms.
- Improve and document internal processes, suggest workflow and tool optimizations, and collaborate with marketing, brand, and communications teams on digital initiatives.
- Handle technical and operational support: manage CMS configurations, perform regular checks and fixes, coordinate with technical stakeholders, and use analytics to guide improvements.
Your skills
- Strong CMS experience (AEM, SharePoint or similar), solid HTML5/CSS skills (JavaScript a plus), and good SEO knowledge (reviews, optimizations, keyword structure).
- UX-focused mindset with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: graphic sense with basic Photoshop, experience with email tools (e.g., Marketo), and web analytics (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational, process-oriented and proactive mindset: able to take initiative, propose improvements, and support others.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Web, IT (or similar), 2–3+ years in digital/web operations, strong English writing/editing, and comfortable with multiple internal stakeholders.
