Transfer Agent

To support our growing Fund Distribution Services activity, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Transfer Agent. Description

• Handle investors’ orders throughout the full lifecycle (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers) with accuracy and within agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with external Transfer Agents to route orders and ensure proper settlement of related cash movements.
• Act as a central operational contact for clients and asset managers, delivering clear updates and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform daily operational controls to maintain data quality and compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor and integrate NAV data from external sources to support accurate transaction processing.
• Issue transaction confirmations to investors and operational notices to fund managers in line with service levels.
• Track and resolve outstanding cash and securities items to ensure smooth reconciliation.

Your profile

• Prior experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, or Financial Operations is a strong asset.
• Fluency in both English and French
• Solid understanding of investment fund operations and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
