Commercial Project Support (m/f/d)

As a Commercial Project Support at TMT, you are a key member of the project team and responsible for the commercial part of projects. In your function, you work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the Sales Manager as well as our sales and accounting teams.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for the commercial project set-up and the implementation of all commercial tasks

• Monitor costs and other commercial aspects throughout the project while assuring their traceability

• Support the Project- and the Sales Manager in related financial matters

• Establishment of bank guarantees and letter of credits in cooperation with banks and customers

• Assist in the preparation of periodic key-performance-indicators

• Preparation of the project structure in the ERP system

• Update and follow-up of project activities

• Support the project managers to analyse the cost variations and establish result forecasts

• Drive the customer invoicing plan.

What do we expect?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business engineering or a related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position

• Feel comfortable handling numbers

• Experience in working with ERP systems

• Interest in technology

• Fluency in English. French and/or German is considered an asset

• Good communication skills, high commitment and accuracy

• Taking ownership of your responsibilities.
