Key Responsibilities
Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and internal teams on all fund lifecycle matters (incorporations, bank openings, and regulatory filings).
Governance Support: Oversee the board and shareholder meeting process, validate board packs, and review corporate minutes for accuracy and consistency.
Documentation Management: Manage the flow of executed legal documents, ensuring proper naming, storage, and coordination of notarizations/apostilles.
Reporting Oversight: Supervise the delivery of documents for quarterly reports, annual audits, tax returns (VAT/FATCA/CRS), and distribution processes.
Structure Administration: Handle daily operational queries and maintain oversight of statutory files and corporate records.
Profile Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a TPA, professional services firm, or an AIFM.
Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of AIFMD and detailed knowledge of fund/corporate administration (Accounting knowledge is a plus).
Skills: Highly proactive with a strong ownership mindset, able to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
