Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of secure digital solutions focused on encryption, identity management, and strong authentication mechanisms. You will play a key role in managing complex projects involving secure transactions, digital identities, and trust services in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to security, encryption, and authentication platforms

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, security experts, architects, and external partners

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards

• Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives

• Oversee the integration of authentication solutions (e.g., MFA, PKI-based systems, digital certificates)

• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices

• Identify and mitigate project risks, especially those related to cybersecurity and data protection

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and technical governance

• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design and effort estimation

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management, preferably in security or identity-related domains

• Strong understanding of:

  • Encryption technologies (PKI, key management, cryptographic protocols)

  • Authentication mechanisms (MFA, SSO, OAuth, digital identity frameworks)

  • Secure system architectures and integration patterns

• Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, government, or trust services is a plus)

• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language

• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity or secure software development

• Familiarity with standards such as eIDAS, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks

• Experience with cloud environments and secure APIs

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus
