Job Description

We are seeking an Indirect Taxes Manager

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the indirect tax advice organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients’ organizations.

What you will be working on

1. You will participate in diversified projects with clients across all sectors (financial services, asset management, alternative investments, commercial and industrial groups).
2. You will provide our clients VAT advice in the context of (re-)structuring (including due diligences), introduction of new products / services, VAT audits, VAT recovery analyses.
3. You will manage an advisory and compliance portfolio of national and international clients active across all sectors.
4. You will play an important role in the further development of our tax practice.
5. You will build and develop excellent client relationships.
6. You will integrate a young and dynamic team, work closely with your experienced consultants, be responsible for supervising and coaching your team and have extensive contact with colleagues worldwide.
7. You will be part of a multicultural team of VAT experts based in Luxembourg, interconnected in a global tax network. Your customers will be leading organizations in their respective sectors: banking, financial, commercial, and industrial.

What we look for

1. On top of your degree in Economics, Finance or Tax Law, you have at least 5 years experience in a similar function in indirect taxes advisory and compliance.
2. You have solid knowledge about the Luxembourg indirect tax legislation system and have gained relevant experience.
3. You display a positive and enthusiastic and team spirit attitude and are able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
4. You are fully committed and ready to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
5. You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage.
