Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.
About the role
We're looking for motivated interns to join our Supply Chain team in two distinct areas of our operations:
Engineering & Maintenance– Supply Chain Intern
This internship focuses on strategic supply chain management at a group level across five Jetfly business units. Key responsibilities include:
- Creation and standardization of procedures to improve efficiency and compliance across SCM activities.
- Supplier onboarding and administration of the Approved Suppliers List (ASL), ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- Generation of reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
- Collaboration with SCM team members on operational tasks such as purchasing, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and proposing optimizations.
Ground Operations – Supply Chain Intern
This internship focuses on operational supply chain activities within Jetfly Aviation. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the operational use of Odoo for onboard product purchasing, stock management, and aircraft cleaning tracking.
- Assist with the daily execution and improvement of the purchasing workflow and stock reception processes.
- Prepare reports on purchasing and inventory to support cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to supplier sourcing and support the identification of cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
- Track KPIs related to supply operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work on the supplier evaluation system (archiving, data, forms, reporting).
Requirements for both roles:
- Ongoing university or master’s studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, sociable, and curious mindset
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
