In its Part 145 Maintenance Department, Luxembourg Air Services (LAS) as part of LAR Group, is currently looking for a:

Storekeeper (m/f)

Full time

Your Mission:

• Managing the stock of spare parts, consumables and tools (shelf life control).

• Inspects delivered components and goods, in regard to the related documents, packing and condition.

• Placing incoming and returned parts into stock.

• Ensuring that labelling and computer data is correctly entered and updated.

• Ensuring that packaging and storage conditions are in accordance with the internal policies.

• Being responsible for all shipments of components (exchange, repair, overhaul, AOG parts support).

• Handling of stock minima’s and inventory control.

• Prepare and provide spare parts, tools and material to the maintenance department.

• Ensuring regular reporting to the Stores and Workshop Manager, if needed to the NP Maintenance Manager.

• Assure that the internal/external regulations applicable for the job are fulfilled.

Qualifications & Knowledge

·         Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent

·         At least two years’ experience in a similar position is considered as an asset

·         Fluent in English (mandatory)

·         Luxemburgish, German and/or French are considered as a strong asset

·         Capacity to understand technical matters

·         Being computer literate (MS-Office, store management IT tools)

·         Knowledge in the usage of AMOS is an asset

·         Driving licence (mandatory)

·         Have experience in forklift driving is an asset
