In its Part 145 Maintenance Department, Luxembourg Air Services (LAS) as part of LAR Group, is currently looking for a:
Storekeeper (m/f)
Full time
Your Mission:
Managing the stock of spare parts, consumables and tools (shelf life control).
Inspects delivered components and goods, in regard to the related documents, packing and condition.
Placing incoming and returned parts into stock.
Ensuring that labelling and computer data is correctly entered and updated.
Ensuring that packaging and storage conditions are in accordance with the internal policies.
Being responsible for all shipments of components (exchange, repair, overhaul, AOG parts support).
Handling of stock minima’s and inventory control.
Prepare and provide spare parts, tools and material to the maintenance department.
Ensuring regular reporting to the Stores and Workshop Manager, if needed to the NP Maintenance Manager.
Assure that the internal/external regulations applicable for the job are fulfilled.
Qualifications & Knowledge
· Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
· At least two years’ experience in a similar position is considered as an asset
· Fluent in English (mandatory)
· Luxemburgish, German and/or French are considered as a strong asset
· Capacity to understand technical matters
· Being computer literate (MS-Office, store management IT tools)
· Knowledge in the usage of AMOS is an asset
· Driving licence (mandatory)
· Have experience in forklift driving is an asset
