Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to join our team managed out of the Luxembourg office. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep passion for finance and cryptocurrency, create intuitive digital experiences while leading design strategy, and translating complex financial concepts into user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) focused on blockchain UX — including wallets, stablecoin transfers, crypto-asset interactions, and Bitcoin Layer-2 flows.
2. Track and apply Web3/Bitcoin UX trends such as wallet onboarding, signing prompts, network selection, fee logic, and L2 deposit/withdraw patterns — and translate them into practical design improvements.
3. Gather and refine user requirements with product and engineering to ensure all UI/UX designs are technically feasible across on-chain, off-chain, L2, and stablecoin transaction journeys.
4. Create UI mockups and prototypes illustrating real user flows: wallet connection, crypto-asset subscriptions, stablecoin payments, transaction previews, and Bitcoin L2 steps.
5. Produce clear blockchain visuals (icons, diagrams, flow sketches) to explain concepts like stablecoin settlement, L2 bridging, and crypto-asset issuance.
6. Present design drafts to internal teams and iterate based on technical and user feedback.
7. Identify and resolve blockchain-specific UX issues — confusing fees, poor signing messages, L2 bridging friction, failed transaction handling, or wallet compatibility.
8. Refine layouts based on real testnet/mainnet testing, validating UX for crypto-asset transfers, stablecoin flows, and Bitcoin L2 interactions.
9. Maintain consistency with our design system, including fonts, colors, imagery, and blockchain-specific UI patterns.

Skills And Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in a similar UX/UI or product design role, ideally within fintech or blockchain-enabled products.
2. Strong interest or experience in blockchain (Bitcoin, Layer-2 solutions, crypto-assets, stablecoins, wallets, or on-chain UX).
3. Background or interest in finance — corporate markets, banking, or investment platforms is highly preferred.
4. Portfolio of design work showcasing financial dashboards, investing interfaces, payment flows, or blockchain/crypto-asset applications.
5. Proficiency with core design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Hotjar, and prototyping frameworks.
6. Experience in information architecture and structuring complex user journeys across on-chain, off-chain, and L2 interactions.
7. Solid command of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating polished assets.
8. Awareness of modern design trends — especially in Web3, fintech, wallet UX, and responsive web design.
9. Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
10. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
