Senior Marketing & Communication Expert - 6-month Contract (M/F)

Foyer Global Health is the international health insurance brand of Foyer Group, Luxembourg’s leading insurance company. We provide first‑class health coverage to globally mobile individuals and operate in a growing, innovative environment with a strong international focus.

In the context of a strategic transformation and a major rebranding, our Marketing & Communication team is leading several high‑impact international initiatives. To temporarily reinforce the team, we are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communication Manager for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, capable of quickly becoming operational and contributing both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.

Your responsibilities :

• Support the implementation of communication activities related to the rebranding (messaging, materials, coordination of deliverables),

• Coordinate and manage the production of marketing and communication assets across multiple formats (digital, print, presentations, corporate materials),

• Ensure consistency of messages and materials with the new brand identity,

• Manage several marketing and communication projects in parallel,

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, IT, HR, Legal, etc.) and with external partners or agencies,

• Monitor timelines, priorities, approvals and deliverables,

• Contribute to improving team processes and ways of working,

• Support the creation, adaptation and review of content, primarily in English, across multiple markets,

• Contribute to internal and external communications (emails, presentations, corporate materials).

Your profile :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communication, ideally in an international or B2B environment,

• You have solid experience in marketing and communication project management,

• You can become operational quickly and work autonomously,

• You demonstrate excellent writing, editing and attention to detail,

• You have strong coordination and stakeholder‑management skills,

• You are highly organised, structured and skilled at prioritising,

• You are comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines,

• You show a collaborative, pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset,

• You are adaptable, curious and motivated by transformation and change,

• You are fluent in English.
