🔍 What you’ll do

As SAP Project Manager, you will:

Manage SAP projects end-to-end: from planning, execution, go-live, to stabilization
Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders
Control project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with transparency
Identify and mitigate risks/issues impacting delivery
Provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
Drive change management and ensure user adoption of new systems
Conduct post-implementation reviews to learn and improve
Lead non-SAP strategic projects across the organization, applying governance and best practices

✅ What you bring

Proven experience managing SAP projects (3–5 years minimum).
Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can optimize them.
Flexibility to thrive in both SAP and non-SAP project environments.

💡 Bonus points

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
Fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus).
