Your contriution to our success

• Provide level 2 support to HR key users, helping them solve functional issues in SAP HCM.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Customize SAP to adapt the system to HR processes and legal requirements.
• Create and execute test scripts to validate new configurations and changes.
• Contribute to HR enhancement projects, helping to design, test, and deploy new features.

Your skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Agile mindset, curious, eager to work in a team
• Rigorous and attentive to detail
• Fluent in English and French

• Experience with any SAP solution
• Experience collaborating in multicultural environments and building positive relationships with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude
• Available, flexible, and able to handle stress in a constructive way
