Our 120 experts offer regulatory consulting and advisory services and assistance to an international and sophisticated client base across multiple industries. This includes a range of services from the classic regulatory consulting, working with funds, their asset managers and asset servicers on the practical implementation of rules and regulations, to topics such as risk management, fund distribution, fund governance, and compliance of Luxembourg regulated entities.
ARC responds to the growing needs of clients with a practical yet legally effective approach to regulatory change management and other regulatory matters.
Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
Reporting Analyst
Within a growing reporting team, your role will be to assist the clients of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting with their AIFM-annex IV and other regulatory reporting.
You will be asked to:
Provide the team with rigorous approach and knowledge about the applicable AIFM reporting obligations in various EU jurisdictions.
Manage our EU and non-EU AIFM client base in order to plan, prepare and control their AIFM reports,
Build or apply expertise on other reporting obligations applicable to AIF or non-AIFs and other legal structures (e.g. BCL statistical reporting, FATCA-CRS),
Provide financial and operational support to clients’ questions,
Build a strong relationship with the reporting team with the ultimate objective to manage it. Properly communicate relevant issues and discrepancies to the senior manager in charge,
Collaborate closely with other teams on the various projects.
The skills you need to bring:
A higher education in finance, business administration or economics,
1 to 3 years of experience in AIFM reporting. A previous other back-office or accounting experience would be an asset,
Fluency in English and French or German,
Advanced MS Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.),
Ability to work with deadlines (quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting periods),
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, ability to design or create smart solutions,
Proactivity, communication skills and a good dose of humor.
