Recruiter (part-time)

MTM Partners is an independent consulting firm based in Luxembourg.

For an assignment with one of our clients, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their existing on-site team.

📍 Luxembourg | ⏱ 3 days/week

Your role

• Join the client’s on-site recruitment team,

• Conduct recruitment interviews autonomously,

• Apply and follow the client’s recruitment methodology,

• Contribute to the selection process through candidate assessment and recommendations.

Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency),

• Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidate profiles,

• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills,

• Ability to integrate quickly into an existing team,

• Bilingual French/English.

Conditions

• Part-time: 3 days per week,

• Initial duration: 4 months, with possible extension depending on profile and needs,

• Flexible status: freelance or fixed-term contract (CDD),

• Immediate availability preferred.
