

Airport Operation Supervisor

Jetfly Technik is our Aircraft Maintenance Center based in Zweibrucken. We guarantee comprehensive product support over the entire life cycle of a Pilatus aircraft. Our company is actively seeking for a motivated Airport Operation Supervisor/ Ramp Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in maintaining hygiene and supply standards on our aircraft. This position requires rigour, a keen eye for detail and a good physical condition. You will actively contribute to the smooth running of flight operations. Requirements:
- Supervise all activities during aircraft turnaround (lmarshalling, loading/unloading, pushback, fueling, catering, de-icing, cleaning, baggage and handling, etc.).
- Lead and support external ramp agents, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Ensure adherence to airport safety protocols, identify and mitigate operational risks, and enforce safe working practices.
- Be a key liaison with the iOCC and monitor the flight schedule, anticipate operational needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time departures.
- Act as the preferred point of contact for the flight crew, leading a brief pre-flight meeting and ensuring the aircraft is fully prepared, equipped and ready upon their arrival.
- Contribute to logistical support and general services by providing a variety of operational assistance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries (magazine boxes, oil, sodas, snacks etc.) and manage the inventory of the stock.
- Carry out interior, exterior, carpet cleaning, and aircraft restocking as well as aircraft disinfection in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure ground service equipment is available, compliant, and used correctly.
- Equip new aircraft entering the fleet in accordance with company policy.
Profile:
- Significant experience in ramp handling or ground operations and supervision.
- Fluent in English, German and/or French is an asset.
- Highly safety-oriented and proactive.
- Leadership, Team spirit, autonomy, and the ability to manage working time efficiently.
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel regularly to other airports, with possible overnight stays.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including variable shifts and weekend availability depending on operational needs.
