Project manager- ServiceNow HR

Description of the Tasks


The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of IT related project(s) (software development) within the agreed parameters of cost, times, and quality, taking preventive or corrective measures where necessary. Using the provided resources (methodology, tools, processes and people) and own skills, the project manager takes care of the project plan, resource, activities, risks, quality, reporting and overall delivery.

  • Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality.

  • Apply best project management practices for project breakdown, planning, definition of tasks and activities, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, issue reporting, and organization.

  • Guide the team in charge of project activities, track and review their deliverables.

  • Organize, participate and guide both technical and functional working groups, team meetings, and stakeholders’ project related meetings.

  • Plan and assist during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.

  • Estimate costs, time and resource requirements for the successful completion of project to agreed terms of reference defined in project documents.

  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, track activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports to IT programme manager and governance layers required by the program.

  • Monitor costs, time and resources. Act where these deviate from agreed tolerances and ensure that delivered solutions are implemented within agreed criteria.

  • Manage the change control procedure with key project stakeholders.

  • Provide effective leadership for the project team, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.


Requirements for the Job Opening:


Level of Education:

  • Minimum educational qualification: Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree of 3 years)

  • Degree in Engineering or IT strongly suggested

  • Excellent risk management capacities

  • Excellent Team Player

  • English proficiency (C1 Level)

  • French proficiency is an advantage

  • High degree of discretion and integrity


Specific Expertise:

  • 5+ years of successful project management experience in the HR field

  • Excellent knowledge of project management standards and best practices

  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAFe and PM²

  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities for HR-specific solutions

  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools (ServiceNow SPM is a plus)

  • Good knowledge of business process analysis and modelling tools

  • Understanding of data security and privacy regulations in HR systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)


Certifications & Standards:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Certified in PM²

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources or other ServiceNow certifications
