Program Manager

You will join the Operate Services – Change & Technology Unit (CTU), a delivery-focused team supporting large-scale change and technology initiatives across the fund industry and financial services. The team works closely with business, IT, Digital Factory, and operations to deliver complex programs with measurable impact.

How you’ll contribute to our success
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change and technology programs, ensuring outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Structure and manage multiple interdependent projects and workstreams, proactively handling risks and dependencies
- Establish and run robust program governance, including steering committees and executive reporting
- Act as the primary interface for senior business and technology stakeholders, aligning priorities and expectations
- Own program financials and resources, driving corrective actions when required
Your skills
Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Typically 10+ years of experience in project and program delivery
- Proven track record delivering large-scale change and technology programs, ideally within financial services or the fund industry
- Strong exposure to senior stakeholder and governance forums
Soft skills
- Strong delivery mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities
- Leadership and influencing skills, including without formal authority
IT skills
- Solid understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards
- Languages
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
