What You’ll Do
- Implement and optimize innovative products and processes within the plant.
- Respond to technical and quality challenges with creativity and precision.
- Coordinate projects to drive corrective actions and focused improvements.
- Lead waste-reduction initiatives, championing sustainability in manufacturing.
- Use structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC) to enhance processes.
- Support essential documentation, including FMEA, control plans, and process capability studies.
- Monitor and drive KPIs around quality, waste, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer/Materials Science, or related fields.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology, with 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss, Plant Optimization, TPM, or Lean environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of process control and statistical tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with resilience under stress.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with MS Office/documentation tools.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages (Luxembourgish, German) are a plus.
