What You’ll Do

1. Implement and optimize innovative products and processes within the plant.
2. Respond to technical and quality challenges with creativity and precision.
3. Coordinate projects to drive corrective actions and focused improvements.
4. Lead waste-reduction initiatives, championing sustainability in manufacturing.
5. Use structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC) to enhance processes.
6. Support essential documentation, including FMEA, control plans, and process capability studies.
7. Monitor and drive KPIs around quality, waste, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

1. A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer/Materials Science, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology, with 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.
3. Experience in Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss, Plant Optimization, TPM, or Lean environments.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of process control and statistical tools.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with resilience under stress.
6. Tech-savviness and familiarity with MS Office/documentation tools.
7. Fluency in English and French; additional languages (Luxembourgish, German) are a plus.
