IWM offers, through its Management Company CA Indosuez Fund Solutions, an effective solution for the sustainable development of its Luxembourg investment funds for its Wealth Management clients.

Indosuez Wealth Management has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments and has built a strong and recognised Private Markets platform close to 7.5 bn of assets under management.

Through Primary, Secondary and co-investment strategies on Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure, the alternative platform has more than 180 closed-end and semi liquid compartments.

• Initiate and coordinate new products launch;

• Determine new products key terms and investment policies;

• Oversee and manage the governance of Private Markets vehicles;

• Prepare and participate to Investment Committees;

• Determine portfolio construction based on Advisors recommendations;

• Define and monitor the asset allocation and performance of the funds;

• Manage assets-liabilities adequation and maximize cash management;

• Negotiate and manage sub-funds credit line;

• Coordinate, manage and oversee investment processes, data and operations;

• Review quarterly reports and provide management comments;

• Help establish marketing materials for fund promotion;

• Participating in the enhancements to operating model, process definition and documentation and establishing/maintaining PMS;

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

-        You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Banking/Finance;

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Expérience

-  You have 4 to 6 years' experience as Portfolio Manager of Private Assets funds (primary, secondary and co-investment), preferably in a Wealth-Asset Management environment;

Compétences recherchées

-  You have a very good knowledge of companies’ key performance indicators (EBITDA,..);

-  Cash management and optimization experience;

-  Capacity to analyse due diligence reports;

-  Good knowledge of Luxembourg Fund environment;

-   You are familiar with performance fees/waterfalls models;

-   Your team spirit, sense of responsibility and multitasking skills will be key in your success

Langues

Fluency in English and French is essential. Spanish is strongly recommended.
