Platform Lead - Business Applications

Your role:
 

Business Needs and Requirements

  • Define and articulate business needs across client portal and CRM workstreams.

  • Own the functional direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including business process design and customisation.

  • Own the functional direction of Microsoft SharePoint Online.

  • Implement dedicated functional customisations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft SharePoint Online, limited to standard configuration changes permitted by the respective applications.

Prioritisation and Governance

  • Lead requirement prioritisation across releases and delivery cycles.

  • Design and validate end-to-end process flows and user journeys.

  • Ensure governance and stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery decisions.

  • Support financial planning and resource allocation processes for client portal and CRM transformation initiatives, ensuring optimal utilisation of available resources.

Adoption, Change Management & Training

  • Define and execute adoption and change management strategies to drive effective uptake of client portal, CRM, and business applications across service lines.

  • Coordinate training programmes, develop end-user documentation, and deliver communication plans to support business readiness ahead of go-live milestones.

  • Monitor user adoption metrics post-deployment, gather feedback, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance user engagement and platform utilisation.

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor the Business Analyst - Digital Products & Applications as a direct report, providing guidance on priorities, professional development, and day-to-day delivery activities.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring clear allocation of tasks, regular performance feedback, and alignment with broader transformation objectives.

Technology Context

The role covers the following platforms from a functional ownership perspective: Client Portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerApps, and support business owners with Copilot, Brief.ai, Legora, Caseware, Document Drafter, DocuSign, …

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product ownership, business analysis, or functional delivery of CRM or client-facing digital platforms.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), document management tools (preferably SharePoint Online), and Microsoft PowerApps.

  • Experience in requirements prioritisation, user journey design, and business readiness activities within a regulated environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is highly desirable.

  • Drive business readiness activities including training coordination, documentation availability, and stakeholder sign-off ahead of go-live.

  • Monitor and support user adoption of the client portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and SharePoint Online across service lines.

  • Capture lessons learned and refine the business requirements backlog and user journey designs for subsequent delivery cycles.

  • Consolidate functional ownership across Microsoft PowerApps and Client Portal, ensuring alignment with the broader client portal roadmap.
