NEOFACTO - Medior / Senior Software Engineer
As part of the growth and continuous improvement of our software solutions, we are looking for a Medior / Senior Java / Angular Developer with a strong focus on backend development. You will join a dynamic Agile team where collaboration, code quality, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
Missions
Design, develop, and maintain robust applications primarily using Java
Contribute to the implementation of new features on the backend and occasionally on the frontend (Angular)
Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve existing products
Ensure high code quality through best practices (testing, code reviews, refactoring)
Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Support and guide junior developers when needed
Profile
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
Experience with Angular or willingness to develop frontend skills
Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (GIT, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
Interest in Open Source technologies
Agile mindset: team spirit, curiosity, continuous improvement
Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
