Learning Designer Intern

Learning Designer Intern

  • Your role:

  • Support the analysis of learning needs and help translate them into learner‑centred learning solutions, anchored in adult learning principles.

  • Contribute to the design and development of learning assets, such as:

    o    Digital learning modules

    o    Instructor‑led training materials

    o    Blended learning curriculum and performance support tools.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to structure and clarify content while ensuring relevance and consistency with business objectives.

  • Participate in reviews, pilots and feedback sessions to improve learning solutions prior to deployment.

  • Assist in the evaluation of learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments and recognised evaluation frameworks (e.g. Kirkpatrick or equivalent).

  • Explore and experiment with innovative learning approaches (e.g. microlearning, gamification, new digital tools) to enhance learner engagement.


Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in learning, instructional design, HR, digital learning or a related field.

  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn new technologies.

  • You demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

  • You are curious, proactive, detail‑oriented and enjoy working collaboratively.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French and/or German is considered an asset.
