Join our Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) team which is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for our clients. We offer a full suite of services that focus on applying our experience across the entire data and artificial intelligence value chain. Thus, we provide major financial institutions, large public entities and global organizations with customized data solutions and strategic advice covering technical, process and organizational aspects. 

As Business Analyst, you will work closely with our clients to understand and define their data-related business requirements. You will act as interface between business and IT stakeholders to develop tailor-made data solutions.

Your contribution toour success

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support key business decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders (IT and Business) to improve data collection, transformation, storage, and data quality, following leading practices.
• Create clear documentation and artifacts for data quality rules, alerting, and monitoring, and actively contribute throughout the project life cycle.
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams while applying Deloitte methodology and program/project management standards to deliver complex projects.

Your skills

• Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Technology and/or Business Administration.
• Bring solid analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with a result-oriented mindset and strong interest in both business and IT topics.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units, performing effective business analysis and applying key data concepts (Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Science, Data Engineering).
• Communicate clearly with strong verbal and written skills, and fluency in English.

• Previous internship or experience in a data-related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java) and SQL.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with MS Project is an asset.
• Rigorous, autonomous, eager to learn, with strong team spirit and additional language skills in French, German, and/or Luxembourgish.
