Junior Compensation & Benefits Officer
Permanent contract (F/M)
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the job from A to Z. The Junior Compensation & Benefits Officer reports directly to the Compensation & Benefits Manager. After a dedicated training and onboarding phase, you will progressively take ownership of the following tasks:
Responsibilities
Handle the entire monthly payroll process (from calculation to payment)
Process regular payroll reports including accounting reconciliation files for the Finance department
Manage the calculation and payment of non-periodic remuneration
Communicate different rewards scheme to employees and advise them accordingly
Contribute to the management of various benefits schemes (company car, complementary health insurance, pension scheme, etc.) and liaise with external providers
Manage the time management system (flexitime, teleworking, etc.)
Absence management (collection, processing and reporting)
Participate to various HR projects
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or Business Administration
Proficiency in Excel
Fluency in French and working proficiency in English - any other language is an asset
Eager to learn, curious, rigorous, motivated, hands on approach
Able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong team work spirit
