IT Project Manager for our Internal IT Department

You will integrate a team of project managers dedicated to internal projects throughout the firm to deliver technological solutions.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the IT project team’s activities and deliverables, ensuring they are all completed on time and on budget, and aligned to the client’s strategic business goals. He/she is responsible for interfacing with clients, being the liaison between the client and internal delivery team. This is all done in alignment with the IT department’s goals and vision.

How you'll contribute to our success

• Develop high-performing people and teams through meaningful opportunities, leading by example and building confident relationships.
• Deliver exceptional client service, acting as the main day-to-day point of contact and managing internal/external communications, including kick-off and status meetings.
• Understand internal client objectives, align people and priorities, and manage multiple projects concurrently using waterfall or agile methodologies in line with Deloitte’s governance.
• Create timelines, facilitate meetings for the delivery team, and serve as an escalation point and liaison to translate client goals into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Report periodically on budget tracking and profitability, manage scope and efficiency issues, and forecast and allocate resources based on capacity planning.

Your skills

• 2–8 years of relevant IT project management experience, including infrastructure and technological projects.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with experience working cross-functionally with technical teams.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, planning tools, and collaboration platforms (Teams, Skype, Zoom).

• Certifications in project management, business analysis, service management, architecture, IT frameworks, or related technical domains.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and facilitate interactions amongst stakeholders.
• Capacity to rapidly acquire business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and procurement teams.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
