International go-to-market manager (Voxbi)
About the role
Voxbi is a cloud PBX product that works. It is stable, used daily by several thousand business customers, and proven in Luxembourg and Belgium. The next challenge is scale.
This role exists to take Voxbi beyond its home markets and make it succeed at a European level. The focus is not on closing deals, but on building a repeatable go-to-market model through partners, content, enablement, and visibility.
You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, partners, and sales, with one clear mission: make Voxbi understandable, attractive, and easy to adopt for IT resellers and Odoo integrators in Switzerland, France, and Germany.
Your mission
You own the international go-to-market execution for Voxbi. You turn a working product into a scalable SaaS offering by structuring the message, activating partners, and creating demand.
You work closely with the product owner to understand the roadmap, with sales and pre-sales to enable them, and with the CEO to align strategy. You gather market feedback and bring it back to the company to influence positioning and priorities.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Learn Voxbi inside out and stay aligned with the product roadmap.
- Define and maintain Voxbi’s positioning as a SaaS product for partners.
- Build the website voxbi.com.
- Write articles
- Create video animations
- Own the content of voxbi.com and related product pages.
- Write and manage articles, announcements, and press releases in English, French, and German.
- Build customer testimonials and case studies with partners and clients.
- Manage social media channels together with the product owner.
- Represent Voxbi at international trade fairs and partner events.
- Organize and host webinars to showcase features and integrations.
- Deliver product demos to partners and end customers, both remotely and on-site, and adapt the message to technical and business audiences..
- Train partners and resellers on new features.
- Collect structured feedback from the market and share it internally.
What this role is not
- It is not a sales quota-carrying sales role.
- It is not a support role.
- It is not product ownership or development.
- This is not a sales role, but you will still pick up the phone. You'll reach out to partners, ICT integrators, and Odoo partners (by phone, LinkedIn, email, online ads, and marketing) to invite them to webinars, propose a quick demo, or guide them toward a free trial. The goal is to create interest and momentum, then hand over qualified opportunities to sales when commercial discussions begin.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in go-to-market, business development, product marketing, or partnerships.
- Strong interest in SaaS products and B2B ecosystems.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the B2B telephony, PBX and CRM market and services
- Ability to explain technical products in clear, simple terms.
- Confidence presenting, demoing, and speaking in front of groups.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, trade fairs, and on-site customer demos when required.
- Structured thinking, autonomy, and curiosity about markets and customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (German or Luxembourgish are strong assets)
- Proficiency in modern presentation tools like Canva (PowerPoint experience is not required)
- A passion for AI tools, especially for creating content, images, and presentations
- Proven skills in modern SaaS tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Canva
- Knowledge of Odoo is an asset
What you will find here
- A product that already works and customers who are satisfied.
- Direct access to decision-makers and short feedback loops.
- A role with real impact on international growth.
- Freedom to test, adjust, and build something that scales.

PS: Want to know who you’ll be journeying with? Meet us, Frederic Vanholder, Isaline Mortier, Patrick Berg and Marco L Abreu
At 55, I lead Mixvoip's sales activities with a strong focus on sales management. But I'm not just a sales lead. I enjoy the work of selling and proposing, and I proudly say that I do sales and close deals on a daily basis. I am hands-on.
I've been with Mixvoip since 2012, after working in the telco sector at companies like Verizon, BT, and Infonet.
I value transparency, and momentum. Organization is key, but even when things are not yet clear, it's not a reason to slow down.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about sailing. It mirrors my mindset: read the environment, adapt to change, and stay on course.
And internally, my favorite sign-off says it all: “go go go”.
At 48, I bridge marketing and sales to ensure Mixvoip’s message is clear and authentic. I value structure, clarity, and efficiency, and take pride in turning strategy into measurable results while bringing others along the way.
Outside work, I’m passionate about food, design, and travel. I love discovering exceptional places, sharing great meals with friends and family, and giving character to spaces through creativity and detail.
I’m not the sporty type, my idea of balance is a good dinner, not a marathon, but I’m driven, curious, and always looking for ways to make things move forward.
At 53, I have many missions, but my main one is leading Mixvoip’s cybersecurity strategy. My goal is simple: to help businesses stay secure, resilient, and compliant in an increasingly demanding digital world.
Over 35 years at Siemens and Post, I built strong expertise in enterprise telephony and PBX systems across all major vendors. This experience supports sales on large enterprise proposals and helps developers and product owners understand the PBX legacy — and why customers still request certain features today.
Outside of work, I recharge whenever I can under the Spanish sun. And if I had to choose a job theme song, it would be “Wherever I May Roam” by Metallica.
At 59, I shape Mixvoip’s products with a clear focus on usability, consistency, and long-term value. As Product Owner, I act as a bridge between customers, developers, and stakeholders, always striving translate real customer needs and business goals into concrete, reliable, UX/UI.
I care about clarity in requirements, pragmatic decision-making, and delivering features that actually get used. For me, a good product is not about complexity, but about doing the right things well.
My main hobby is board games, which I collect and play. And art. I paint not only those games’ miniatures bur also watercolors, acrylics and oils.
