Your future team
We support a wide range of clients on their most pressing sustainability challenges and opportunities through a spectrum of offerings ranging from defining sustainability priorities and strategy to full implementation. You will have a key role supporting the team with growing opportunities and delivering high quality engagements. The ideal candidate should be able to develop strong client relationships and be an expert in sustainability with a specific focus on finance. Staying up to date on key developments is key to the role.
How you’ll contribute to our success
You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Set up of ESG (environment, social and governance) strategy and products, ESG Due Diligences and Risk analysis
- Support clients in their sustainability decarbonization journey, from strategy and implementation to reporting, and setting up their sustainability strategy/transition plans
- Conduct analysis with regards to CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CS3D, GHG, circular economy, etc. legislations as well as trends, on a national and international level
- Monitoring new green/social/sustainable data and performance
- Drive market and eminence initiatives, including development of new service offerings and marketing campaigns within the practice
- Lead the successful planning and execution of projects
- Build strong client relationships, internal networks and play a significant part in new business proposals
- Develop and lead timely communications - both internal and external - relevant to our professionals and clients in order to promote the Sustainability practice
- Develop materials for and participate in the delivery of presentations to clients and firm personnel
Your skills
Must have:
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree in finance, economics or business management with a specialization in sustainable or environmental finance
- Consulting experience, in progressive roles associated with sustainability/ESG (environmental, social, governance) matters
- Aptitude to communicate effectively in English and French
Nice to have:
- Enjoy working with clients to identify new solutions and business opportunities, have a desire to learn, and thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Good communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and the capacity to research, analyze and present information
- Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
