As a GIS Consultant / Coordinator, you play a central role in bridging client needs with innovative geospatial solutions. Combining coordination, technical insight, and strategic vision, you help deliver impactful projects while building strong, trust-based client relationships.

What does your day look like?

You play a key role in project management, customer satisfaction and coordination between different internal teams.

Project & Client Coordination

1. Oversee key client portfolios, ensuring alignment across internal teams and timely project delivery.
2. Facilitate monthly meetings with major clients to:
3. Monitor license rollout progress.
4. Review open support tickets and ensure expectations are met.
5. Capture emerging client needs and strategic priorities.
6. Report and align with Account Management, Presales, Support, and Customer Service.
7. Maintain clear visibility over ongoing initiatives, identifying risks and roadblocks.
8. Leverage internal materials (CSM documentation, support insights) to enhance client discussions.

Technical Point of Contact

1. Act as the central interface between clients and internal teams.
2. Track commitments, ensure alignment, and proactively share information with stakeholders.
3. Build your technical know-how through exposure to real client cases

GIS Consultancy & Delivery

1. Inform and inspire clients by understanding their use cases and translate it into GIS possibilities (solutions)
2. Contribute to project execution, framework contracts, and user training.
3. Support the structured growth of the GIS consulting team in Luxembourg, based on increasing project demand.
4. Work closely with subject matter experts on high-profile projects (e.g., UN, GeoBIM, ArcGIS Enterprise).
5. Help scale the team by identifying and justifying new FTEs (€150k/FTE budget guideline).

Presales Support

1. Assist the sales team in designing and validating GIS solutions.
2. Support the creation and delivery of demos and proofs of concept.
3. Deliver tailored presentations or technical overviews when required.

Strategic Advisory

1. Facilitate strategic workshops to define clients' long-term GIS roadmaps.
2. Translate business challenges into actionable geospatial strategies.
3. Guide clients in leveraging ArcGIS technology to optimize operations and generate new value.

What is your story?

1. You have a Master’s degree in Geography, Bio-engineering, IT, civil or commercial engineering.
2. You have experience or strong interest in project coordination, business analysis, and functional consulting.
3. You have a solid foundational knowledge and a general understanding of technical components of GIS technology and ideally experience with desktop GIS software.
4. You possess the necessary technical understanding to interact effectively with GIS engineers and specialists.
5. You have a dynamic spirit and are a teamplayer.
6. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and establish trustful relationships with our clients.
7. You have analytical thinking skills and are passionate about solving challenges.
8. You are fluent in French and English, all other languages are a plus (German, Luxemburgs,...).
