Your future team 

You will join a multidisciplinary, agile team of architects, business analysts, and technology consultants who collaborate closely to deliver digital transformation projects for clients. Senior colleagues provide guidance, mentoring, and structured learning so you can progressively take ownership of your own workstreams. 

Your next challenge

• Work alongside consulting professionals to help clients identify, analyze, and solve challenging strategic issues.
• Participate in digital transformation projects for major organizations in Luxembourg and abroad.
• Coach and support client business teams throughout their business transformation journey.
• Help create technology solutions that address clients' business needs and use cutting-edge technologies to support agile delivery.
• Contribute to maintaining live applications after delivery, perform handover and knowledge transfer, and develop your digital transformation capabilities across various industries.

Your skills

• A Master's degree in business, engineering or IT.
• Either a functional or technical background.
• Passion for digital and affinity with solution delivery methodologies such as Service Design or Scrum.
• Fluency in English and French.

• Knowledge of Agile delivery.
• Salesforce knowledge and/or programming skills (e.g. Java, web application, Apex).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you enjoy sharing knowledge and succeeding as a team.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
